What does a Webflow development agency deliver?
A Webflow development agency delivers a marketing site whose structure holds up as your content grows: a planned CMS, a class system that keeps styling consistent, and integrations that pass leads to your CRM. The visible pages matter, but the decisions underneath decide whether your team can still add pages cleanly a year from now.
Deliverable | What it covers |
|---|---|
Content model | Collections, fields and reference fields mapped to the content you'll actually publish |
Class system | A documented naming convention and global styles, so new pages reuse existing classes |
Page build | Responsive static pages and CMS templates built from your approved designs |
Interactions | Webflow Interactions for scroll and hover motion, kept light enough to load fast |
Integrations | Forms to HubSpot or your CRM, analytics, consent banner, scheduling and chat |
Localization | Locale setup and translated pages when you sell in more than one language |
SEO and launch | Meta fields bound to CMS data, schema where it helps, 301 redirects, sitemap and domain |
Editor training | A walkthrough of the Editor and CMS for your marketing team |
We design as well as build. We can take on the copy, design and Webflow development together, or build from your finished Figma file if your designs are done.
When is Webflow the right platform for your site?
Webflow is the right platform when your marketing site is content-heavy and relational, and a non-technical team has to run it. Its CMS supports reference and multi-reference fields, so a case study can link to an industry, a product and an integration, and every list updates itself.
We build on Webflow, Framer and Next.js, so the recommendation follows the site, not our habits. Here is how we usually decide:
Your situation | Usually the best fit |
|---|---|
A dozen pages, frequent design changes, small team | |
Large blog, case studies, integrations directory, several editors | Webflow |
Content in many languages with structured fields | Webflow, or Next.js with a headless CMS |
Site shares code, auth or data with your product | |
Engineers want the site in your repo with full control | Next.js |
Our guide comparing Webflow vs Framer for SaaS marketing sites goes deeper on the middle ground, where either platform could work.
How we build Webflow sites that stay editable
Webflow sites rarely break at launch. They break six months later, when someone duplicates a section, adds a one-off class and the styling drifts. We build to prevent that.
- One naming convention, documented in the project, so every class has an obvious purpose and new pages reuse what exists
- Global typography and color set as variables and base styles, not overridden section by section
- Reusable components for headers, CTAs, cards and footers, so a change happens once
- CMS fields that match how editors think, with help text on fields and limits that protect layouts
- Images handled properly, with responsive sizes, alt text fields and lazy loading below the fold
- Interactions kept lean, because heavy scripts and animation libraries are the usual cause of slow Webflow pages
How does a Webflow project run with us?
We plan the content model before we design, because the CMS decides what templates exist. Every step ends with something you approve.
Intro call
A free 30-minute call to understand your content, your team and your integrations, and to confirm Webflow is the right platform.
Content audit and model
We list what you publish now and plan to publish, then map it into collections, fields and references. You approve the model.
Copy and design
We write the key pages and design static pages and CMS templates in Figma, at desktop and mobile sizes.
Webflow build
We build the class system and components first, then the pages and CMS templates, then the interactions.
Integrations and content
We connect forms, analytics and consent, and load your content into the CMS, by CSV or API when there's a lot of it.
QA, launch and training
We test every template and form, set redirects and SEO fields, publish, and train your editors.
Moving to Webflow from WordPress or HubSpot CMS
Moving to Webflow is a rebuild, not an import. Webflow's CSV import can bring in posts, but rich-text images often come through as placeholders and need re-hosting, and old URL patterns such as WordPress date and category paths need a full redirect map.
Migration work is scoped on the intro call, and we include redirects and SEO checks in any migration we take on. We map every old URL, re-host images, rebuild templates and check rankings after launch. If you're on HubSpot CMS, you can usually keep HubSpot as your CRM and marketing tool while the site moves; our HubSpot CMS to Webflow migration guide explains how. Our HubSpot integration page covers the forms and tracking setup.
What does a Webflow development agency cost?
Webflow agency projects typically run from about $5,000 to $80,000 or more in the quotes we see. The spread comes from page count, CMS complexity, whether copy and design are included, integrations and migration work. Prices vary widely by agency and region.
- Typical Webflow agency project range we see quoted
- $5k–$80k+
- Designify website package, up to 6 pages
- $8,000
- Each extra page
- +$500
Our website package is $8,000, fixed, for up to six pages, with copy and custom design included. The pricing card at the end of this page describes our default Next.js build; when Webflow is the right platform, we confirm the Webflow scope and price on the intro call before you commit. For a full breakdown of market prices, read our Webflow website cost guide.
Webflow and content-led sites we've delivered
We've delivered 60+ projects across 14+ industries, on Webflow, Framer and Next.js. A few projects from data and professional services, where content and credibility do the selling:
- LeanScale: we designed and built the site for this data company. See the LeanScale project.
- CSSInc AI: a site for an accounting and tax company using AI, a category where buyers need to trust you before they book. See the CSSInc AI project.
- Lakehouse Partners: we designed and built the site for this accounting and tax firm. See the Lakehouse Partners project.
What happens on the intro call?
On the free 30-minute call, we'll look at your current site and content, ask who edits it and how often, and check which tools it has to connect to. You'll get a straight answer on whether Webflow fits. If it does, a fixed scope and price follow in writing.
Already on Webflow and need help, not a rebuild?
If your Webflow site works but needs new pages, a cleanup of its class system or ongoing changes, a full project may be overkill. Our monthly retainer at $6,000 a month covers ongoing design and development with no hourly tracking. To test the fit first, the $1,000 trial week gives you one week of work on a real task.
